Skrutim Infra LLP's history goes back to 2009, when the company began as R.K. Construction and completed more than 17 projects with a turnover of roughly ₹42 crore over its first six years. In 2015, the business evolved into Rigid Construction, expanding its technical capabilities and taking on larger, more complex construction work. In 2024, it stepped into its current identity as Skrutim Infra LLP — by then having completed over 35 projects and, at the time of the rebrand, executing 13 major developments including one of Gujarat's first residential buildings to exceed 150 metres. That lineage matters: it means the people making decisions on a Skrutim site today have already solved the problems that come up on a high-rise build, because they've solved them before, under different names, for over a decade and a half.
Since taking its current name, Skrutim Infra has focused specifically on core-and-shell work for high-rise buildings — completing structures up to 120 meters and currently running ongoing projects designed to reach 150 meters and beyond. That specialization is deliberate: high-rise core-and-shell work has different engineering, sequencing, and safety demands than low-rise construction, and we've built our team and processes specifically around meeting them.
Skrutim Infra LLP is led by Mr. Haresh Katharotiya, Managing Director, who has been the driving force behind the company's growth since its earliest days. With over three decades of industry experience, he has consistently brought strong leadership, technical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence to every project the company takes on.
His disciplined approach, deep understanding of construction management, and ability to lead teams through complex, large-scale builds have shaped Skrutim into one of the region's trusted construction partners. Under his guidance, the company continues to deliver projects that set new benchmarks in quality, safety, and client satisfaction — from its first 17 projects as R.K. Construction in 2009 to the 25+ large-scale developments it runs today as Skrutim Infra LLP.
